Delivered damaged, advised them but the company are not interested. Apparently i should have checked several boxes off heavy 1200x600 tiles on the side of the street where the delivery driver left them in less than 5 minutes! Terrible service, will not use this company ever again.
Reply from TPT - Good afternoon Kate, I know we have spoken several times today and I have pointed out that in all our e-mails sent to you that goods need to checked at the time of delivery. This information is on an order confirmation and despatch confirmation that was sent to you prior to your delivery arriving. We do this so that if you need to get extra hands for the delivery day to make this possible then it can be arranged in time. This information is also on the terms and conditions of the website. The drivers are allotted time to wait while the goods are checked. If they are not checked and damages are reported several days later we cannot replace these as once they are taken in by the customer we have no idea how they are treated/stored/moved. I do not like to upset a customer but on this occasion it was not possible to replace the full order of 8 tiles as you wished.
