These tiles are amongst the least expensive 300 x 600 tiles we have found. However the price does not indicate the quality - the tiles are excellent, relatively thin for their size at around 8mm, but they are strong and are really easy to work with and cut/drill/core etc for use in the most complex bathroom designs. As we live in a hard water area the semi-matt surface finish and stippled grey pattern is ideal for not showing water marks.Product: Granfix Fast Set Flexible Tile Adhesive Grey 20KG

These porcelain tiles are extremely hard wearing and very high quality. The Lounge Dark Grey would bring a very contemporary twist to a room as dark coloured stone effect tiles are currently in high demand.

DO THESE TILES NEED ANY SEALANT ?
Good morning, These tiles do not need treating in any way. They are factory sealed and coated with nano wax during production. Kind Regards Josh
would these tiles be suitable for an external patio area?
Lounge is a very high grade frostproof porcelain - they are fine for external use. As with all external tiling the solid bed method of fixing should be used. However you should consider that these tiles are a high polished finish, and as such may not offer the slip resistance you may need for a patio. A matt finish is available in the same tile which may be more suitable.
